Early Deletion Fee

When deleting archived files, please be aware that Amazon Web Services (AWS) charges a surcharge for files that have spent less than three months in Amazon Glacier.

In other words, if a file you want to delete has been stored for less than three months, AWS will still charge you for the full three month period. If you attempt to delete a file that is subject to an early deletion fee, the Platform will ask you for a confirmation.

To delete an archived file, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the desired project.
2. Click the Files tab.
3. Select one or more files by ticking the checkbox next to the file name(s).
4. Click the dropdown on the far right (denoted with "...") and choose Delete.

5. To delete the file(s), click Delete in the confirmation dialog.
