This page lists the instructions to follow while carrying out the analysis through the Meta-Analysis Of Cytometry Data From ImmPort Data Repository (MetaCyto) Public Project.

Please review this guiding document before beginning your analysis, and refer back here if you become lost at any point. The total time required to execute all the steps in these instructions is 3.5~4.5 hours; user action time is 20~30 minutes.

Review Foundational Knowledge of the Analysis and Platform

Explore the MetaCyto Project Description page to gain understanding of what the project will accomplish. After you have familiarized yourself with the project background, proceed to Step 2.

Download data from ImmPort and Perform the Meta-Analysis

With your new knowledge-base established, please navigate to the MetaCyto Analysis Walkthrough page, which provides a step-by-step walkthrough. You will need to create an account on the ImmPort Data Repository in order to access the data.

Analysis Overview

In brief, you will:

1. Copy MetaCyto Public Project into your analysis workspace environment
2. Download the data from the ImmPort Data Repository directly into your analysis workspace
3. Analyze the data using pre-existing applications in the Public Apps gallery.

Make sure to spend time understanding this walkthrough before proceeding further.
