Recently published apps

We have recently published sbmanifest and sbpack_nf.

Here are the details:

sbmanifest: It is a lightweight CWL tool designed for the Seven Bridges platform to generate and validate samplesheets required for nextflow workflows. The tool replicates the functionality provided by sbmanifest command from the sbpack CLI-tool. The tool is available on all platforms.

sbpack_nf: This is a CWL tool designed to support Nextflow workflows by enabling users to create cwl wrapper for Nextflow workflow and automatically create the apps on the platform using the wrapper. It also generates a schema yaml file required to execute the nextflow workflows. The sbpack_nf tool accepts a zipped Nextflow code package as input and modifies nextflow config file to make the package platform compatible. The execution of sbpack_nf produces an execution-ready, platform-compatible Nextflow app in the user-defined project. The tool is available on all platforms.
